TASTING:
Ruby color with slightly tiled highlights.
Nose of cooked fruit, prune and blond tobacco.
A sweet attack and a supple palate. An easy-drinking wine with melting tannins and notes of brandied cherries, blond tobacco, and leather.ACCOMPANIEMENT:
Serve at 16°/18°
Charcuterie, local cuisine and cheeses.
Will go particularly well with a Provençal stew or a Saint Félicien.
Air for at least one hour before tasting or decanting.
Good wine for laying down (6 to 7 years), but can be enjoyed now.
